With 8.6 mm width, Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 can be safely counted among some of the slimmest tablets in the Indian market today. The Galaxy Tab 8.9 features Samsung's own TouchWiz user interface imple*mented on the Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) platform, offering superior multi-tasking and enhanced user interaction and navigation.


The tablet is pre-loaded with Readers Hub and Music Hub giving you an instant access to more than 2.2 million books, 2,000 newspaper in 49 lan*guages, 2,300 magazines in 22 languages, and 13 million songs. It also has Samsung's very own Social Hub, which aggregates Email, Instant Messaging, contacts, calendar and social network connections into a single interface. The Tab 8.9 fea*tures a 3.0-megapixel rear camera and a 2.0-mega*pixel front camera along with 1080p HD video and Flash playback. TIle Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 is expected to be priced above Rs 30,000 in India.
