I think for a student mobile should be allowed in school and collage...because in todays world anything can be happend.

I think thats not fair.

Very unfair. You now I can't go outside the house without my cp in my pocket. How if you have a project to do with your classmates and you'll go home late you can't inform your parents because their no. are in your cp.
