We're not going to go into a lot of detail about how this particular photo looks better than that particular photo, or how the flash on one or the other performs better, but we are going to give you an awful lot of photos to look at to help you make up your own mind. Look at the photos, consider which shots are most like the ones you would tend to shoot, and decide for yourself which, if either, of these two cameraphones will suite your personal needs.
I will give you some things to look for, and some of my own observations, though. When viewing the full resolution photos, fully zoomed, look at the sharpness of the edges, and look for color noise in the darker shots. Photos that might look fine when viewed sized to fit your monitor could look very bad when viewed at full resolution, such as when they are printed. Another thing to look for is white balance accuracy. Indoor photos tend to look very red/orange in color, and outdoor photos on sunny days can look blue and hazy, when the white balance system isn't working well. Also look for the general quality of the colors in the images.
In most obvious ways, the Nokia N82 seems to perform better than the Viewty. The N82's photos usually have good color, while the Viewty's can look washed out at times. The N82 also seems to generally capture night shots with better exposure than the Viewty, but the Viewty night shots tend to be a bit sharper in most cases. Both devices have their strong and weak points, which makes it difficult to call either a clear winner. Look at the photos yourself and form your own opinion.
