The operating surroundings on the HTC Smart are called "HTC Sense", and it is built on top of the novel Qualcomm BREW MP operating system. BREW is more ordinary in US devices than European ones but has marked on INQ handsets akin to the INQ1.
HTC's endorsement is definitely a significant one for Qualcomm and although HTC don't have the market wallop of others it is nonetheless quite significant.
