Sony Ericsson announced the MD300, a tool will allow professionals to rapidly and simply hook up their PCs or laptops to world wide web. This is Sony Ericsson’s first Mobile Broadband product with a USB interface, the MD300 is easy to install.
It’s suppose to be best plug and play device to go online in seconds.
It looks like a USB memory stick and can be plugged into any standard USB port. Windows will be able to install the driver automatically minute you plug it to your PC or laptop but Mac user will need to download the driver.
MD300 is compatible with HSDPA, UMTS, EDGE and GPRS networks all over the world. Also what you get with accessories is the desk stand and USB extension cable.
It will be available in 2 colours (luxury black and metallic silver) in 1Q of 2008.
