1. What does it mean when the phone indicates "GPRS packet data is active"?

2. Is there a function in the phone that stores the Internet and email usage?

When phone indicates GPRS packet data is active, it means Your GPRS service currently activated. You can use this service for internet or email sending.This is good service.
