Thread: Social Application not proceeding on Nokia Asha 303

Hi, I have currently bought Nokia asha 303, the mobile phone was functioning smooth, but later some weeks I got that my social application is corrupted and it was not functioning at all. I tested to restore the phone through factory circumstance but there no option, even I test to update the firmware but nothing looks to be functioning, could you please advice me how I can set this trouble of my nokia asha 303.

Even I am having nokia asha 303, later informing the phone software, the phone suddenly began restarting and later that I observed that chat icon was not functioning that is weird. Later few days I have download application from Nokia Ovistore and when I began the chat application I was acquiring a message notification that you require to update your Internet browser and it function. Later that I pressed update button to turn it suddenly my phone restart and my phone does not function. I have enable my around me application, and then I tested to open another application on my phone and I was acquiring message named "conflicting applications". I tested to restored the phone on factory circumstance but nothing looks to be functioning. Even I am acquiring the similar message on my display "conflicting application" anyone can assist me to resolve my trouble.

I would urge you to restored entire option in circumstances, and if it is not functioning then you must visit to nearest Nokia Care Center. They are not going to charge you anything if you phone is below warranty. I would advice to assume a back up of your phone early visiting to nokia center. Later the update, your phone will be fresh as fresh purchased from the market.
