NSS is Nemesis Service Suite is a free dl, just Google. And NSU is the Nokia Software Updater is right on the Nokia site. You can not customize their ringtones with the branded version. Just always says "unable to set as ringtone" or something along those lines.

I figured that out... but my experience that my keyboard does not work more. argh, I'm so tempted to restore back to factory settings.
