Thread: Can i got support for my nokia n 73 in india?

I have a nokia N73 which i purchased from Saudi Arabia before three month. now i have some problems to my handset (My navigation key is not working correctly . when i select menus it sometimes makes feeling of double click. example: when i click on office menu the calculator also opened) . if i have Manufactures guarantee can i change it in India? can i got support in india?

If you a little Savvy you could resolve it at home.Download Nokia Software Updater from the site. ( Search in google if you dont get)Now Use that software to update your phones Firmware. Make sure it remains absolutely still during update process as any glitches can damage your phone.Also Remember to backup everything you want from your phone, it gets formatted.the problem should be rectified by now. If not, then there is a small hardware glitch which the Nokia Care executive can easily take care of. Insist on Warranty, if he doesnt agree you might just have to shell out 200~300 rupees.
