The Tallest Screen Rage RV 300 touchscreen phone, Rage is one of the latest entrants to the Indian mobile market, and it has ventured into the touchscreen domain with its very first devices namely the RV 300 and RG 500. The RV 300 is Fjage's first attempt, but is pretty impressive. The front sports a beautifuI2.8-inch touchscreen, which is unusually large for the size of phone. The keypad is not that impressive and has got a toy-like feel. The keys don't offer very good tactile feedback and the navigation keypad is only 4-way-you have to rely on the soft keys for selection. The keypad arrangement is also a bit weird, with the '0', '*' and '#' keys on the right side instead of the bottom.



This might take some getting used to. Though if you like bright lights, you'll be glad to know that the keypad is backlit with multicolored LEDs which do a little dance during an incoming call or while playing music. The user interface of the device is user-friendly but a bit sluggish. The phone comes with a 1.3 MP camera that clicks just average images; good enough for viewing on the device only. The sound output from both the external speakers and the in-ear speaker of the phone is incredibly loud and clear. A few tweaks to the UI and a better camera would have enhanced the desirability, but it still offers a lot of features for the asking price.
