Thread: The TomTom GO 710 Will Not Start

My TomTom GO710 does not start. Anyone suggestions? Currently connected to docking station and PC, only green LED, on / off button does nothing, nothing happens, black scheme. If you know the battery is charged or not as you do with the docking station works?

No it does not, via Tomtom Home you uncouple 710. Do you left on my machine Icon button, then you wait until you have a choice "" do you want to connect to the computer? by some crazy reason wants tomtom after update or after the battery drained not start (if he is charged). Wise it is to clean the device to reset after an update or drained from the device. In many cases these are back to start.

got my tomtom 710 and put out when I start it again but he did not. when I press the button to reset the light goes green but nothing else.
