Thread: A little angry at my htc touch pro Mobile Phone

Ok im getting really sick of this HTC Touch pro. If I can figure out this problem I do not want more. The thing I hate about the phone is the email push. I have no patience for the good things in the hardware / phones. I want my e-mail now. I set it to 30 minutes, and sometimes me about an hour later. So when I was 15 minutes, seems to be working but my battery dies faster than you should.

You realize that not only WinME push through an email exchange server, hotmail, or when using an e-mail client, right? Blackberry does exactly the same thing. What kind of email you are trying to establish exactly?

Yes I know. I am using my Gmail account on my phone. And if not improved use push email then I have if I had to download new emails every 30 minutes?

You may have to work. My phone to download headers only, then I clicks on view e-mail to download. I see now that I can not work later. I think it could be related to an application I WAS using. s2u2? I am using now Sensor Lock tonight I will try again s2u2 and see what happens.

"Push" is the e-mail in case you do not check for mail, at least in the traditional sense. When you receive an email is "pushed" to the phone because it comes in. If you are polling the server every 30 minutes is considered "pull" email, in essence.

Well then. Improve the use of electronic mail pull. Seems to work. All I did was put a dl only headers, and then click on them and then download. I think this is better instead of checking, and then download the whole thing, while usually im txting, which interrupts the connection and mess up.
