Thread: The Need Help with HTC Shadow!Phone

Please can someone help me? I'm trying to get the code to unlock the phone using my phone. I forgot the code after not using the phone for a few months. Is there anyway I can get the code with some software or a way to restore the master phone? I just want to be able to return to the menu. Any help is appreciated.

You'll have to do a hard reset. Off. Press and hold both keys the same. Power on the device. A pop-up menu asking if you want to reset the device, select "yes." This will restore to store conditions. No add-on programs, no data is stored, etc.

Thank you and it worked perfectly! I didn't mind the loss of the applications on my micro SD anyway.
