Asus now has a range of PDAs available for the Indian market, starting with the GPS-enabled P535, the P525 and now the latest Windows Mobile 6 Device, the MS30W. Though the wide candybar shape is not to everyone's liking, it does allow for a very good and evenly spaced out QWERTY keyboard.

It sports a 2.4 inch bright TFT screen which looks a little small compared with the rest of the device. The device construction is quite solid, with no creaks and squeaks at all. It should be able to withstand the rigors of constant daily usewell. avigating through the interface was simple and all the navigation keys were well placed. What impressed me was the quick response and the new jog key on the side that helps in quick scrolling of a big document or web page. It also has an amazing 2.0 MP camera with LED flash, much better than what we traditionally see on business PDAs.

A Marvell 416 MHz processor powers this machine which makes browsing and navigation blazingly fast. Even though it has only 64 MB RAM and a 256 MB ROM, I was able to zip through photographs and menu items in a jiffy. On the connectivity front, the PDA has tri-band GSM with GPRS, EDGE and 3G, Bluetooth and WiFi.

I loved the loud sound that this phone has; I could hear it ringing when I was in another room.
If you don't like the wide design, you may consider buying the HTC Touch Dual, but that one doesn't come with a full QWERTY keyboard. But if
you're willing to forgive the somewhat plain design, then this PDA has got plenty of features and performs really well.
