We dropped in Prince's 'Musicology' and stepped back. Actually we had to sort of dance back because the first title track kicked on and the receiver's unmatched authority came seeping through our fronts. The kick and that infamous bass-line cut through the soundstage like a groovy wave but never overpowering Prince's dynamics vocals. Onkyo has always managed to deliver substantial quality for the financially deprived Indian and that's exactly what makes the TX¬SR574(S) an interesting buy.
