Based on four of the excellent Mercury F1 Custom speakers current holders of our best budget speaker Award this package would make a fantastic addition to all but the most expensive cinema systems. There's a sizeable centre speaker, too, which adds depth and precision to dialogue, while the subwoofer packs punch and integrates smoothly with the overall picture. All in all, it's a classic system that's as happy with booms and bangs as it is with more cerebral material.
