The Lenovo G570 won't win any prizes for its looks. It's as unassuming a laptop as they come. In fact the closest it gets to any form of glam is its sober black finish that is glossy rather than "latte. Yes, it's a dust and fingerprint magnet; but that's the only caveat in 'ermsofbuild quality. Po is wont with most things Lenovo, it's a firm laptop with no signs of 'ex-the materials are sturdy as you can expect atthe price point and iSguts are equally up to the task. There's a second-gen i3 processor, 3GB of RAM, a 6-cell battery and more than enough hard drive space for a your movies, music and well, documents too. The chiclet keyboard is Nell·spaced and intuitive to use - perfect for hammering out e-mails or working on spreadsheets. It's quite solid and feels nice to type on too.
While it would be nice to have full HD resolution, the 1366x768 screen atl5.6-inches is good enough to get the job done with minimal fuss. While colour reproduction was crisp and the viewing angles were decent; a little more tilt to the display would have been greatly appreciated. In terms of performance, the G570 was pretty capable in day-to-day tasks, be it documents or movies. Just don't expect to play any games on it that have been out in the last three years, and you'll be perfectly pleased with your purchase which starts at a ludicrously low~ 32,590. Price isn't the only thing it has going for it; realising the need for faster boot up times, Lenovo has worked with Microsoft to create Lenovo Enhanced Experience 2.0, which utilises RapidBoot tech to boost start uptimes. If you're looking for a taste of.Lenovo's craftsmanship at a fraction of the cost, you can't go wrong with the G570. There's enough power at the price to make it worth your while.
