Thread: What is SD Card?

Samsung NV24HD, Panasonic 8GB SD HC class(6) cards. I love my NV24HD but Sometimes I get en mistake trying to perspective the pictures or movie I just taken. Sometimes it just freeze and the only way to get it returning is to remove the battery. It looks like stuff is not write to the cards immediately because I can shoot 7-8 pictures, then videos clip and when I stop and try to go to the viewing mode I get the Error concept as well as the 7 to 8 picture and movie are lost.

I would try a different cards as well as try reformatting your current cards. Also, if you have another device that performs with an SD cards try it there, ask a friend if you can borrow a photographic camera if you have to.

I did try a smaller 512MB no category cards and could not get it to generate one. I formatted my 8GB SCHC with the photographic camera. Tried it for a while as well as when I tried to format it again to erase all pictures from my test I got the cards mistake again.

I bought an New Samsung S760 for my neighbor as well as I was getting a mistake concept when trying to perspective pictures that I had taken. I wonder if this is a issue with some New Samsung cameras.

I also have a New Samsung NV24HD as well as am having problems only with the 8GB SDHC Cards Class6. My issue is that the cards is only seen as a 4GB cards by the photographic camera. I have tried style the cards but all to no avail. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I also have 1GB, 2GB and 4GB cards. Basically at the highest settings I get either 20 minutes of movie or 200 pictures for each 1GB of cards. Hence the 4GB cards should have 1hour as well as 20 minutes of movie or 800 pictures, which it does more or less. I would therefore expect the 8GB SDHC cards to show 2 hours 40 minutes of movie or 1600 pictures, unfortunately it reveals to be the same size as the 4GB cards.

I have found many of the cameras to be defective. Took my own returning tried several other gold versions. All the gold ones where defective. Tried a dark one and it performs excellent. 8GB gives approx 1600 pictures in super excellent 10 megapixel and 3200 in excellent. The silver/ dark may be a red sardines, but it certainly reveals New Samsung have a defective batch of cameras out there. So be careful.

Unfortunately New Samsung do not seem to currently have any way of upgrading the firmware in the photographic camera. I currently still have a case open with New Samsung as well as they have still failed to reply with a solution to the issue. Luckily I had the photographic camera less than 28 days and was able to return it to the shop. The new dark one I have performs perfectly. I had a issue with a Panasonic photographic camera, I filled in an on-line issue report, it has now been over a month.
