I was wondering whats the best Gadget for recroding voice and video for proof?

I want to use this Gadget to record something secretly. Can anyone help with this?

Its not a bad idea to use your Mobile phone for that purpose. All you need to take care is you've enough memory in it. Why spend more when you've a solution in your pocket.
