Talking about elaborate packaging, there are some features that Monster never fails to add in there. Yes - lots of cables and accessories. The headphones come with a long list of accessories which includes: a Monster headphone cable: a Monster iSoniTalk cable with the 3.5mm jack for mobile phones; a 1/8-inch to 1/4-inch adapter so that you can plug the headphones in DJ gear or any professional equipment; two cleaning cloths (one regular anti-microbial and one Monster Clean Cloth* with Advanced Aegis Microbe Shield technology), and also the already mentioned touring case alongwith a couple of AAA batteries.



The Beats are essentially noise cancelling headphones. A small microphone inside reads the ambient noise of the listening environment, and then the circuitry generates an opposing sound wave, which more or less negates the unwanted noise. This process requires a fraction of a second to perform, and so the sudden whack of a stick for example would not be eliminated as it would fade off very quickly for the headphone to act upon. Noise cancellation technology is ideally suited to combat noises like the constant drone of an airplane or the annoying sound of the fan motor or machine noise in your office, which explains the primary use of such headphones.
