Any headphones you assemble with an allen key are alright by us, especially when they look as good as these spun-metal dreamboats. The sculptured titanium earhooks make the Airjaxes comfortable despite their 23g heft, and even the fabric -covered cable has had a high-end makeover. The sound is as substantial as the build, with a pleasing balance of bass weight and detail. They lack the outright dynamics of the Audio Technicas, but don't suffer from their treble harshness.
