Thread: Samsung Series5 LCD TV Problem ?

I have a 32" Samsung Series5 LCD TV, and the screen has developed white horizontal lines. What is the reason for this? How will this get solved?

The LCD panel (screen) developing white lines, is not good news. This generally means that the panel has gone bad, and will need to be replaced. The crystals in the panel have lost color and there really is no way of repairing it. Samsung engineers will help you out on that, but it is an expensive deal to get it replaced. If you are covered under warranty, the replacement is free.
