In LucasArts profit franchises another prodcut, the R2D2-style DVD projector from Nikko Electronics. He may not be able to project the hologram, but it is a DVD player, projector, and a remote-controlled robot!

The feature list:

DVD player (with remote style after the millennium falcon)
Memory card slot for the slideshow
Movement and the sound of the whole unit with remote control
Built-in Speakers
- In FM transmitter to broadcast audio frequencies up to 7
Frankly, I do not know if this did not deal with "form over function." This is certainly a cool, but I am not sure how practical it! Nevertheless, if you Star Wars collector is what you need.
