Canon releases in Japan 2 innovative wordtank electronic dictionary designs, the S503 for enthusiastic for Chinese learning and the S504 for Korean. Both wordtanks also contain English dictionary and some travel values.

The wordtank S503 and S504 both arrive with a 2.4-inch 320×240 LCD display, QWERTY keyboard and operate on 2 AAA batteries.
