Dell will be the beginning of a new bamboo-encased eco-PC concept. It said Dell will be the smallest computer in the world. The beauty of this computer is that it uses 70 percent less energy. There is no word on additional criteria, but also will be released later this year, and move from $ 500 to $ 700.
