It was fairly much a foregoneconclusion that EVGA would be releasing something in the 7 series toserve the influx of novel Ivy Bridge upgrades, and Techpowerupacquired a sneak peak at what they have in mind. They did not namethe board per say, but from the feels of the photo over, the Z77 FTWwould be a safe guess.
The board seems to feature four DDR3memory slots, five PCI-Express x16 slots, and although it is notconfirmed, it is suspected at least two of these will be PCIe 3.0.Always welcome additions admit PCIe disable switches, a debug LED,angled 24-pin ATX power input, and CMOS reset button only in-case youacquire in above your head although overclocking.
The 8 available SATA ports shownfeature four 6.0 Gbps and four 3.0 Gbps inputs, along with GigabitEthernet, and what looks to be a Thunderbolt port. Thunderbolt iswell less useful at this point as compare to the USB 3 ports rightbeside it, but it is always nice to have alternatives.
