If this becomes a trend, it seems AMD with its Neo was absolutely right.

I feel like an ultra-small, very small. Marks the boundary in the 12''because it is not. I am writing this from an Asus EEEPC 2G Surf, with only 7'', and the truth is you do not change anything.
These new laptops are in the middle between an ultraportable laptop and the normalitos.
In this sense, how important are the dimensions, not power itself, which in most situations is more than enough.
But what else will if they are called ultra or not, what matters is the product itself, not the label, and it is good to have choice.
In my personal case, the 11.6 is the ideal size for a laptop, I already have a computer, and to use that I prefer a laptop that is small in order to transport it without remembering how much it weighs / deals but not skimp on screen, I have a 7-inch and although it is practical, let you view and work on the desktop is not very fluid.
I tried one of 10''and although they are much better information is still lacking. 11.6 is almost 4 inches more screen and it shows, and remains a laptop next to a dwarf of 15.4.
With regard to the power ... the latest Intel Atom 1.66 GHz and with decent graphics is more than enough even for this segment, unless you're going to use it for games or editing programs too demanding.
