Thread: The Connecting PC to TV With HDMI

By connecting the PC via HDMI ASUS laptop with LCD TV SONY BRAVIA 32 ", well I see the images but no sound. Anybody can tell me what to do?. I'm quite clumsy in these things.

You must connect the sound output from the PC to the audio input of TV.

but had suspended the HDMI audio signal as well. The PC's sound output is a small connector identified as S-PDIF jack type (such as the headphones). The cables I have for this jack is the same with the other end which is not where the TV because this is what jack is the headphone output.

I connect my windows vista to my LCD TV smooth audio and video through my HDMI cable generic all you have to do is to predetermine the q sound output to the HDMI connection, I imagine that for older versions operating system will be equal to Start -> Control Panel -> sound ..

I cannot find the means of driving the HDMI audio in the control panel of Windows Vista Home Premium.

When you connect the HDMI cable to your TV to your laptop and then recently there you see options to transfer the sound to your device by HDMI. Follow my previous answer and ready.

I what I do (I have Vista Ultimate, I do not know if it works with the Home) is to go to control panel, the options for sound (Hardware and sound I think is called) and administer devices. There, I like the speakers list of predefined digital HDMI, and I start the Media Player. HDMI has effectively integrated sound, no need to do anything else.

connect to the Brava via HDMI and you see that underneath the PC input (RGB), there is a hole that is above written AUDIO, why you should connect the cable Spice Spice-Audio (the other end as you know is auras input from the laptop).
