Default Save And Send Microsoft PowerPoint With Audio Technology

    Hi,

Made a presentation, keep it as a slideshow in PowerPoint, and then attached to the message for my friend and myself. It turns out that I get the music and they do not. Using Office 2003. I have a Mobile AMD DUROM (tm) 900 MHz 192 MB RAM. If someone helps me, thank you very much now.

Must be taken seriously you should not press the "Apply to all slides, as this court has cause to sound and music start again on each slide. If you accidentally click, then choose again "without any sound diaspositivas" and once again going to insert the music in the first only. Once the work in PowerPoint, go to File> Save as> appears where you want to save and there you put the title first and then> slide show power point> SAVE If you do not save as a slide show power point will not be able to send in the form of full.

Have.... is not as difficult as it seems simple ... is not heard in the other pc that you must send the file along with the presentation of the song that puts you ... creates a folder on your desktop, giving you the more that same song and copy it to the desktop of another computer where you want to see and hear ... and ready every time you want to have to see it and hear the two go together ...

I keep the commands of PowerPoint, Insert or animation, select the music file that I am going to add ok, I choose automatically, and then go to custom animation and incon there are commands that I want I usually start with the previous I work with the software in French so it may look unusual expressions, these are the steps that I hope those who do not understand and easy to explain everything to the letter.
