I have the same problem and I had and I get a poster that says deep freeze should before installing / uninstalling. What can I do, I do not really interest me to know I just want to uninstall a file or is not clear to me when you restart the computer as I do that to thaw and then freeze it.

click the icon on the start to identify the deep while you hold the shift key, there you get a screen to enter the unlock bald, you may not have Niangua, 1-click in boot froze or something and restart computer, the icon should appear after l deep coercion this intermittent with a red x on there and you can enter to control panel and uninstall the program...
