Intel has unveiled a new handy handheld device called Reader that reads out the concerned text aloud. Targeted purposely at the visually challenged, the Intel Reader is about the amount of a paperback book. Essentially, the Intel Reader is a handheld text-to-speech device destined for reading any text aloud and is motorized by Intel Atom chip.
Intel Reader has a high power 5 megapixel autofocus camera with a focus variety of up to one meter. Prepared with Intel Atom processor, the Reader has 4.3-inch LCD display.Offering 16:9 aspect ratio. With 4GB Solid State Drive, one can grasp 600 procedured pages (images and text) or 500,000 text-only pages, claims Intel.
