Thread: Gigabyte launches latest GA-X58A-UD7 Motherboard

Gigabyte has launched their latest motherboard, the GA-X58A-UD7. Based on the Intel X58 chipset, the X58A-UD7 delivers all the next generation features that gaming enthusiasts and power users have been waiting for including USB 3.0, SATA 3.0 (6Gbps) and a 3x USB Power Boost, as well as multi-GPU support for Nvidia 3-Way SLI and ATI CrossFireX and support for Intel's upcoming 32nm processors. The X58A-UD7 features the Ultra Durable 3 design with 2 ounces of copper for both the power and ground layers to enable lower system temperatures, improved energy efficiency and enhanced stability for overclocking.

It also features Smart 6 technology, offering 6 innovative utilities that provide easier and smarter ways to improve system performance, boot-up time, security etc. The X58A-UD7 supports Intel Core i7 processors for the LGA 1366 socket including next-generation 32nm processors. It also supports triple channel DDR3 memory.
