Orange has exposed it is handing its fixed-line broadband process in excess of to BT.
The mobile network began presenting fixed-line broadband in 2005 following it bought ISP Wanadoo.
As fraction of the move, Orange 'unbundled' a collection of UK telephone exchanges and installed its own apparatus in a bid to generate its own fixed-line network capable of speeds of 'up to 24Mbps'.
This network covered around 65% of the UK but has been continuously dogged by dependability and buyer service troubles.
"We are not pleased with where we stand with broadband, as our purchaser base is waning and our presentation is poor," Bruno Duarte, vice president of strategy at Orange told The Times.
