i have to make a new PC n this is the configuration which i have chosen :

Intel Quad-core 2.4 GHz
Intel G-33 MBD
2+2 GB DDR2 RAM
250 GB SATA hard disk
LG/Samsung DVD writer
PCI Express Graphic card(512MB)

This configuration is costing me around Rs 24,500.
Is this configuration stable?
You can edit this to suggest me a better configuration. My budget is around Rs 30,000.

Also tell me abt the on-board graphic,sound card.
