I have a small problem with my camera. when I'm home, I see my two cameras FOSCAM but when I'm outside on a pc in non-local network, I see a camera and the light of the other is orange. I get the following message: Failed to connect to the device: the device offline.

I can not write in this context is that the cameras are recognized.

when I go to configuration alias, I can not write at all. I think you're talking about the frame at the top right of the blue board (currency of the camera, not the nine nat box.
