You are not downgrading with second generation i5 such as 2400 and 2500 , OK both these processors will consistently beats your i7 920 at ease... But since you referrred about some Video Editing but not much gaming, I think your Bloom Field is better because of HT feature.. however I think i5 2400 and i5 2500 will match up...

Even acquiring Good Price for already out from the shelf is actually Hard in India.. Because in INDIA second hand means less value also if it is 1 day old just... Therefore hold it and Purchase that Mobo suggested by Clius unless you acquire good price for your product. If not i7 920 is not a bad processor at all. It however acquired it is own Tricks to operate good and can be your COOLEST and Fast Rig....

Its Dell today? Thought the BenQ LEDs were good for plan related to woik. If its a secondary monitor examine it the older TFT displays if you already have a LED display, perhaps you will as it and acquire a deal. Do not about the costs where you are, they appear higher as compared to they were a pair of months ago lol... components prices are higher as compared to usual till Feb around where I remain.

Video editing is more processor intensifier, not too much GFX, but you require a excellent one for the dual monitors, if you are planning to run the OS and the editing package with the SSD you require a much more SSD space, you can examine how much you require by setting up all of it with a HDD first, if not then only save by skipping with the SSD its just about 4-5 minutes saved in an hours work its apply is only a small snappier. You will require tons of space on regular HDDs as well, support with a RAID.setup if you are doing it professionally. Rig requirement a good sound card too.
