Default I cannot figure out the type of RAM slots

Hi guys, I wanted to ask if you could you tell me what kind of support my RAM slots and they do not understand why a large. I mean I have a mobo Asus M2N-NMS in this photo. Now I have two yellow slots DDR2 1GB each so I have no problem for these slots but I do not know how do you know what kind of support the other two RAM slots because blacks do not fit any RAM currently and appear different from the yellow ones. I tried SIW but does not tell me anything about it. I also did not understand why there are slot of a different color. I read something about the dual channel but I did not understand much.

The slot of your motherboard supports a maximum of DDR2 RAM. The different colors are used just for the RAM working in dual channel. For example, a kit 2x4GB will be formed from 2 banks of RAM from 4GB each for a total of 8gb and will be installed in the slots of the same color.

Ok thanks for the answers. Instead, could you tell me something more specific to the function that has the Dual Channel?
