Anyone Who Wants,? Can Change Rapid. Account Pass ?

1'st Let Me Say That This Site Is Amazing And Was Very Very HelpFull For Me. (Word-Up)
(i hope im in the right section of the forum if not, then i am sorry)

Question:

I found a working rapid account and the poster wrote "Please Dont Change The Pass"
I'v downloaded 3 files and then all downloads were stoped!!
I tryed to login, but i got a masseg that the PASS was changed !

So My Question Is : Who changed the PASS?
Was it the OWNER?
OR
Was it someone else like you and me?

When I tryed to change the PASS rapidshare LOCK asked me for "Deactivate Code"
So... Im guessing only the OWNER who BOUGHT the account can change the PASS, RIGHT????
