If u desires a superior P55 chipset motherboard at a reasonable cost then this is the best option. This is the entry level P55 board from MSI. What’s your financial plan? If u can raise your budget I would suggests EVGA P55 motherboards or Intel's Kingsberg [DP55KG] or Gigabyte's GA-P55-UD5.

Where does u live? Where r u receiving the boards from?
You can decide from these boards under 200$ [USD] mark.

    MSI P55-GD65 - 160$

    EVGA P55 SLI - 199$

    Gigabyte P55-UD4P - 170$.

I have a MSI p55 cd3 and it is an enormous board. It work right out of the box and on 2nd boot up I aimed out the OC sprite and my I5 went from 2.66ghz to 3.382ghz and with a number of easy alteration in the bios it essentially ran at 4.0ghz stable for 24 hours. So yes I would recommend this board, it met my opportunity and far exceeded them.

THANKS for the information, but what do you mean by it running for 24 hours at 4.0 GHz.
    Then what?

MSI-P55-CD53 is certainly the best access level motherboard in P55 series if it is obtainable in your finances by 200$ budget u mean u can use up 10k INR for the board then in that case I advocate MSI-P55-GD65 [10k+] or EVGA P55 SLI [10k+].Gigabyte and ASUS motherboards are expensive in India evaluates to their USD prices so best alternative is MSI or EVGA if they are accessible.

So final opinions, I have a financial plan of about 500$=25k INR. I require a core i5(10.5k) 4gb dual channel ram (5k).if I could get GD65 for 10k I will go with it if not then cd3 is the only choice. I just wish for aboard that can tolerate some freaky temps (my ambient temps).also where did you get these mobo prices from.

    THANK YOU.

Ok so here u goes...this is what u can get for an i5 structure around 25k. I uncertainty u can acquire good 4gigs DDR3 RAM under 5k. it will cost 5.5k at least.

    Intel Core i5-750 CPU @ 10.5k

    Motherboard options:

    MSI P55-GD65 @ 9.7k

    ASUS P7P55-D @ 10k

    GA-P55M-UD2 @ 7.5k

the costs will very according to where r u getting it from? Which city u in or will u be trade this from?

But for fine overclocking u will require a good CPU cooler too....the store cooler is no good for OC stuff. If u want to OC a lot then MSI-P55-GD65 will be the greatest... it has auto OC genie key that does the OC automatically.

Well, if I could obtain these values in Bhopal then I would go with what you recommended. Any advice concerning ram. Also is GD65 worth the extra 3.5k over cd3 (price?). I just require this system to run good for at least 2 years.

Do you think mobo costs will cut down in 1 or 2 months? I just don't obtain why we have to buy stuff in India for approximately double the money.
