Default The drive stopped writing DVD-RW

Problem: see DVD-RW, but it refuses to overwrite (erase) Empirically found that it is not in the drive (plugged to another PC where everything is OK) It turns out the case in the program. Enjoyed neroy 7. Reinstalled tried other programs useless. One friend said that he had 4 months ago had the same problem - reinstalling windows and everything works again. 'll Show those who may not want to immediately encountered here so dramatically.

Theme old course, but I'll write all the same to whom it may come in handy, this behavior when writing \ RW erasing occurs after you put the program Alcohol \ DT pro (ie PRO) (and possibly other similar soft) or driver antistarfors (there were cases) In general the problem is that in the settings of prog have a parameter (ignore the media type, and most importantly that it is the default), you need to go to the setup program and remove the tick (heap already familiar with the problem so decided to RW), perhaps this is your case.

'll Show please can someone with such a problem encountered. Explained as follows: Reinstall the OS, only in the BIOS SATA exhibited in AHCI mode, it stood up to Legacy mode. After you reinstall the drive to stop writing disks, erase, etc. just can not do is read. I have two: one SATA the other IDE, as it could affect IDE itself without the concept. I tried all sorts of programs, such as garbage. At the time that both covered the same drive can not be. When writing and erasing an error for any program - Writing error: (3) Error occured writing data to disk. A disk is not present (1033). Error sense data: SENSE KEY: 2ASC: 3A ASCQ: 0
