You may acquire this error when you improve Windows XP Home or Windows 2000 to Windows XP Professional. You may also obtain this message if you try to mend Windows XP Home or Pro. You can also try to employ Task Manager to lock the error message. To do this, pursue these steps:
Press SHIFT + F10 to open a Command Prompt window.
Type taskmgr.exe and then press ENTER.
Click the Applications tab.
In the list of tasks, click the error message entry.
Click End Task.
Then Quit Task Manager.
Close the Command Prompt window
OR
Click the Processes tab.
Click unregmp2.exe in the list of processes.
Click End Process.
Then Quit Task Manager.
Close the Command Prompt window.
