Network Diagnostics gathers data about your computer to assist you troubleshoot network and e-mail related troubles with your computer. Network Diagnostics enables you to sprint a range of tests to gather dissimilar types of data about your network and your computer. You can scan for such belongings as network connectivity, email pattern, web browser settings and other items.

To acquire to the Network Diagnostics Tool click on Start and then Help and Support. From there click on the link that says Use Tools to view your computer data and diagnose troubles. Then on the left hand column click on Network Diagnostics.

To start the scan, click on Scan your system.
