It depends what attribute you are after, the ECS board supports up to DDR2 1066 memory and has a newer 780G chipset.The Gigabyte board supports up to only 800 MHz memory but supports SLI.
It arrives down to whether you will use SLI; if not then get the ECS board. (Between you require two Nvidia cards for SLI). If it was my choice I'd avoid the gigabyte board because the nForce 570 chipset is old! The ECS' 780G chipset is more probable to get better support in the future.
