    Default My computer slowdowns?

I just purchased a HP e9002y computer and desire i would have purchased a gaming computer. But i didn't so i have to play the cards I’m delta. I have been told that the computer will be content with a GPU improvement. I don't have a difficulty using 400 dollars on the Radeon HD 5870. But i don’t recognize if it will fix in my case. And if so would it yet be value putting in this computer? Also, what power supply does you suggest?

I would seem to place anything from 5-600watt psu. Corsair, seasonic, coolermaster or OCZ - Power cooling would go fine. Confirm it fix though as hps are recognized for stubby power supplies.

Don’t go with the 5870. Just obtain a Sapphire Radeon HD 4850 X2 it’s physically smaller but still faster. Attaches out about a half inch from edge of ATX motherboard and it are much inexpensive.

Derived from the 4870x2 presentation I would guess that the 4850x2 would only be quite better and that would only be in games that actually take benefit of the two chips.

In the overclockers club they utilized a stock core i7 920 but the hardware canucks overclocked it to 4GHz. the x2 looks to utilize more CPU resources watching as it performed enhanced with the hardware canucks system.

I individually select to trust the consistency of a single one chip card. Not to state the lesser power needs and DX11 support.

I don't believe your case is long sufficient. A 5870 would be a tight fit in my Antec 900 which is about three inches longer than your case.

I can't picture any off-the-shelf computer being able to hold an ATI 5870. Aim a little lower or graph on a system overhaul. (I'm obviously not counting the gaming grade computers from Dell - XPS/Alienware).

My point was that the single chip card will have more reliable presentation. Also it utilizes less power. However I consider the 4850x2s and 4870x2s are presently cheaper plus physically smaller I believe.Wait, now I am perplexed. Crossfire? What crossfire? The 4850x2 is a single card.

Yeah but CrossFire needs multiple GPUs. Whenever I run a game I obtain an ATI CrossFire Technology icon in the upper right corner of my display.Isn't there such object as money? And isn't SIZE a deliberation? The 4850 X2 is an outstanding card.

I would complement a 5850. It acts actually fine and it’s about an inch or two shorter than the 5870. I'm not certain why anybody would suggest a 4850x2.

I’m not rejecting that the 4850X2 is a decent card. But this guy said he's willing to pay $400 for a 5870, so i don’t think money is a real issue. Also, I’m quite certain that the 5850 is indeed shorter than the 4850x2 and they would possibly perform likewise.

No way 5850 are shorter. Perhaps you do not seem at the Sapphire Radeon HD 4850 X2. Must be observing something else. The HD 4850 X2 attaches out about an inch from edge of ATX mobo.
