The core system files that include these Microsoft Office 2007 and Microsoft Office 2003 are dissimilar, so when fixed on your PC they will be known by your OS as two unusual things in spite of the fact that they are both technically "Microsoft Office." This will let you to have two unlike, functional versions of programs like Word, Powerpoint and Excel on one machine (with the only exclusion being Microsoft Outlook). You simply have to install one version of the software, and then install the other edition.
Instructions
Step1
Select which edition of Microsoft Outlook you wish to run on your PC. Microsoft Outlook is the only program in the Microsoft Office software package that cannot run two editions on the similar machine. You must either install Outlook2003 or Outlook 2007- not together.
Step2
Install Microsoft Office 2003 initially. If you're installing two editions of Microsoft Office on the similar PC hard drive, the original edition must be installed originally. Place the installation CD in your PC’s disc drive and follow the directions that show on screen. When you acquire to the "Components to Install" screen, deselect "Microsoft Outlook" (if you have selected to install Outlook 2007 as opposite to this edition).
Step3
Install Microsoft Office 2007 next. Place the installation CD in your PC's disc drive and go after the directions that show on screen. You do not have to alter the evade "installation directory" - as the key program files are different among the two editions, there will not be a trouble.
When you find the "Components to Install" screen, deselect "Microsoft Outlook" (if you have selected to install Outlook 2003 as different to this editions).
Step4
Start again your PC to finish the installation of both editions of Microsoft Office. When your PC reboots into your desktop, you can use all of the programs from both editions by clicking "Start," then "Programs," then "Microsoft Office."
