I have PC which is installed with XP and has Internet connection. But problem is I can’t use Internet Download manager with Mozilla Firefox. When I utilize Internet Download manager in Mozilla Firefox, it gives BSOD. So please help me to solve this problem.

1) I think there is incompatibility problem with applications. Few applications are unsuited with each other and never work jointly. So try and use other download manager with Mozilla Firefox like File Download manager which has same feature as Internet Download Manager. Check if File Download manager is functioning correctly with Mozilla Firefox or not.

2) When two applications are unsuited with each other, they result in termination of each other and not in BSOD. Generally BSOD shown when system is unable to access RAM. So check RAM are functioning appropriately on system. If for RAM chip system does not boot then remove RAM as it defective?
