PC3-10600 9-9-9@1.65v is crap.

For less than the OCZ, you take two ECO Kits G. Skill C7 and do so only 12800, you got anything other than the overclocked PC3-8500 (hence the timings at 1.65V and shit ) and as a bonus it will not be a problem with the CPU rad, but it's stupid because 8GB is strictly unnecessary now, and with prices that took almost 50% in recent months you have to like paying money for nothing.

FYI I work at taff in photoshop with large files (over a gigabyte). Consumer RAM tops out at 7.5giga I know that the machine there 8gig.

What toshop uses the available RAM is one thing, but that does not mean to say he needs is the same "problem" with Vista 1GB food constantly.

4GB is still equivalent to ~ 100 files 12Mpix with transparency, as saying that to get where one needs to package assemblies and mods, even assuming that the surface being rendered in 256bits (fp64x4) .

Looking at your budget I would recommend AMD processors and ATI Driver as Intel and Nvidia are costlier and functionality is also pretty much same.
