Laharl, just stirred from a two year extended nap and realizes that his father, who was the ruler, has accepted away. In order to recover his equitable title as King of the Netherworld, Laharl sets off on a demonic exploit, but must do so with a back wounding servant, love thick angel and a few dissatisfied penguins that are in search of trouble.
