This is the latest and perhaps the last model from Samsung's Ultra series, and is also called the Soul. To me, the U900 is one of the best slim phones as it has all the latest features and wins in the looks department too. It has a brushed metallic silver finish, a 5 MP camera with autofocus and flash, a neat interactive touchpad, 3G with HSDPA and expandable memory of up to 8GB. Its interface is easy to adapt with and is pretty fast too.
