AT&T has rolled out the new Windows Mobile-powered smartphone for its customer. Known as the Samsung a167, the cell phone is categorized under the GoPhone family, allowing you to pay-as-you-go. The handset features dual-band GSM/GPRS connectivity (850/1900 MHz), a 128 x 160 internal CSTN display, web browser, a 2MB internal memory and a VGA camera.
